CUTTING CARRIAGE
The cut is performed by a bandsaw blade mounted on two titanium wheels (Ø 200 mm) set on a titanium crosspiece
The cutting carriage is guided by stainless steel "Hepco" rails and rollers
The cutting movement is powered by a Sew Usocome servo gearbox, a traversing shaft, and two connecting-rod-and-crank assemblies
The wheels are driven by a Sew Usocome motor-gearbox with a drive shaft and an expanding pulley that maintains constant tension on the V-belt
A torque-limited tensioning system ensures proper blade tension
The bandsaw blade is lubricated by an automatic sprayer supplied by a low-pressure water network

DISCHARGE CONVEYOR:
Slices are received and distributed by a two-ply polyurethane belt conveyor motorized by a Sew Usocome servo gearbox
Products are discharged using a 16 mm diameter blade at the end of the conveyor
