Configuration:
The slicer is fitted with 4 feeders consisting of:
- 4 synchronous pin conveyor belts controlled by a servomotor
- 4 chutes determined according to the products to be sliced
- Pneumatic release control for unloading chutes relative to the belts for loading

CUTTING CARRIAGE
The cut is performed by a bandsaw blade mounted on two titanium wheels (Ø 200 mm) set on a titanium crosspiece
The cutting carriage is guided by stainless steel "Hepco" rails and rollers
The cutting movement is powered by a Sew Usocome servo gearbox, a traversing shaft, and two connecting-rod-and-crank assemblies
The wheels are driven by a Sew Usocome motor-gearbox with a drive shaft and an expanding pulley that maintains constant tension on the V-belt
A torque-limited tensioning system ensures proper blade tension
The bandsaw blade is lubricated by an automatic sprayer supplied by a low-pressure water network
